Hi all,
I've been nosing around e-bay just now and have noticed the following listing,
e-Bay Listing Here (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Touchscreen-Jukebox-No-contract-or-fees-add-your-own-mp3-wall-hung/152326246654?_trksid=p2047675.c100012.m1985&_trkparms=aid%3D777003%26algo%3DDISCL.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D38661%26meid%3Dbab10f9a5c14456593dc58fd6056dcbe%26pid%3D100012%26rk%3D5%26rkt%3D12%26sd%3D192003964291)
Does anyone else feel that this jukebox is running E-Touch or is it just another software that's extremely similar?
Regards
Tel.
Yep that is eTouch but of course an older version.
Quite a good price as well, if you had the money. I would have bought it if I had of seen this when I was first buying my cabinet.
They are always listing them, i went through a spell of trying to get the listings pulled but ebay were not interested.
Thought you owned the copyright Barry.
I do but Ebay won't pull them which doesn't leave me with much recourse unless i take legal action.
I did wonder how the purchaser of this would stand legally, seeing as the software can't be transferred to a new owner.
They also have another one for sale with the software installed on it as well for £399

That sounds about right, they only bother to look after the big boys.
I can also imagine the item on sale would be over by the time you'd get the legal action against them.

This is part of the reason why I get very few new users nowdays.
Have you not thought about putting the software on eBay yourself and selling that way, I know that you have to pay charges, but at least if you are in the market place, you might make some more sales from it.
Also the reason why ebay will probably not do anything, is if you have not trademarked the software, then ebay are a bit less reluctant to remove listings. If the software is trademarked then it is easier to threaten legal action.
