in the older versions you would delete the videos.rec and records.rec in the root directory when updating the database to prevent duplication. the question is where are those files in V10 are they hidden away or moved elsewhere. what is the best way to create a fresh database :beer
Finally found where Windows 11 has hidden the files. Look in Users \ Appdata \ Local \ Virtualstore \ Program Files(x86) \ E-touch jukebox 10 ... It's as if they don't want you to find it :beer

It ends up there is you don't run the exe's as admin. I mean right click and run as admin or set under right click preferences and select run as admin.
If you don't run them as admin then you will see some odd behaviour.
