Title: Hide Desktop Icons (Eist might like this)...
Post by: Barcrest on June 11, 2008, 01:59:29 PM
Here you go, try this little app i just made. Basically it lets you toggle desktop icons on/off.... I was thinking of offering this as an option in freebox to hide the desktop icons if you want to use the transparency. I do know how to change the wallpaper but i figured the user would already now how to do this, any thoughts?

Well i have added the icon removal now. When you go full screen the taskbar and desktop icons are removed. You also have the option of hiding the mouse if you are using a touchscreen.
