Title: Songlist Generator
Post by: fordman on September 18, 2009, 02:56:37 AM
I found this songlist generator. It is a nifty tool if you want to print out a hard copy of your tunes so folks can have a look at what you have. This would be great for a commercial operator or DJ.

Download the trial and see what you think. I'm not convinced its worth $79.00 (US) though!

Very versitile with what you can do with a songlist!

I made this one and it turned out just the way I wanted it!

Click Here ---> Songlist (http://www.ppcomponents.com/etouch/songlist.pdf) It will also export to .pdf  ;D It's 116 pages but very small download size for that many pages! 656kb.

I also do something similar but I use the free version of www.mediamonkey.com (http://www.mediamonkey.com).  It will export to excel and then you can do whatever you want to the data from there.

It exports: Album, Artist, Track, Length, Year, Genre and Bitrate.

It will also export to html, xml, or csv.

Guys, there is an easier way of doing this for free, using ms dos...might not tell you everything this program does but it worked well for me! Use ms dos to create a list of the contents of folder(s) and then import it into excel...

Or use the edit tools in the config and dump your album and track lists to CSV files that you can then load into excel and play with them anyway you want. I like the PDF generation of that software though.
