Hi
is there any way to auto fade between the songs instead of stop and and start?

You need to install the WMP crossfading plugin. It also fades on song skip then, however you cannot use the slider to drage the song position if you do it will crash. I just turn that off if i am using the crossfading plugin.

Barry, is there any instructions how to how to setup the cross fading? i already installed the plug in you recommended, it still not working

Try skipping to the next track, does it fade out nicely? It should and if it does then it's working.
