The following label backgrounds changed to transparent as per skinner request;
-The pin entry label
-The search field and intelli labels in the search page
-The request track labels on the request track page
-The save playlist entry field label
-The Chart selector labels

ADDED: Ability to skin licence buttons
ADDED: Ability to skin licence page (Loads licence_page.jpg from app dir for background)


Non MP3 Tagger:
Bug: The non-mp3 tagger options for setting case don't work. (FIXED)
