Title: Max album image size
Post by: kizer on February 11, 2007, 02:39:28 AM
Is there a max album image size? I've been downloading 300x300, but honestly they look grainy. I figured if I downloaded some 800x600 or larger and when the albums where viewed they wouldn't look so bad.

Any pros or cons to this? In full album view I figured they would look nicer, but didn't know if it would put extra load on the app or just take up space on the drive. I have plenty of space so I didn't think it would be a problem.

Anyways your thoughts are welcome.

I use 320 x 320 and they look fine on a 19" display running at 800x600. It's down to personal preference really. You can have the images as large as like but the larger they are the slower the app will be when browsing.

Hey Barry,

Are there any cool skins in the 800x600 out there?
I like the new 1024x768 skins, but they dont do so well on a 13" touch screen monitor.
