Title: Jukebox skin not loading correctly

Hello all

On all previous versions of Etouch my juke always opened up with my previously used skin. On V10 this is not the case. It always opens up with Blue N Black HD. It also opens up un a window as opposed to full screen. Is there a way to get It up with blue neon as default and in full screen as my wife is not a savvy as I am and struggles to turn it on and have it working on my absence.

It sounds silly but are you saving before you exit? You need to save settings before you exit, otherwise they will stay the same

Ok, so it has saved the skin preferences and loads the one I want now but still not in full screen.

Again have you made sure that you have ticked the load full screen box? Then saved?

I cannot test on this computer as I do not have it currently installed and I only have version 10.

Make sure that the box is ticked though

What skin are you using? Looks like it is missing some files.

It's the blue neon 1920 x 1080. I've not removed anything from the folder after I've extracted it and it works fine once you reload it but it needs reloading at every boot.

I would try another skin and see if the same problem occurs. If it does not happen with another skin, then chances are something is wrong with that skin directory.

I will test with the skin here and see if i can recreate the issue. I assume you are running everything as admin?

I've just tried the blue neon 1920x1080 skin on my system and it loaded from a cold start to full screen with no problems.

As it's not been stated in this thread, have you installed E-Touch outside of the Program Files folder (e.g. C:\E-Touch) ?
It seems like there could be some sort of permission problem you're encountering to stop it running in full screen mode.

I think it is permissions based because it wasn't saving the settings correctly either. When I say run as admin i mean right click and select run as administrator. This is different to the login on the pc. Also as berrywell has said make sure it isn't installed in program files.
