Title: Audio Announcement of Song/Video About to Play?

Ok, this is really bugging me and I just can't figure it out.  When I start E-Touch it the computer says"Welcome to the Redlion". Each time a song plays (or a video) something is making an audible announcement of it.  Like, "now playing .....". Not sure if its Windows Media Player or what?  Any ideas?

Gotta be something simple....

go into your etouch folder find tts and delete or edi8t
