Title: Can we get albums icons?
Post by: badwhip on January 23, 2021, 04:57:31 PM
I was wondering if we can get an option where we can label albums we have in are collections as HD audio or Christmas in the corner of albums something similar how new shows up when a new album is added.

A reasonably nice idea, but I would not expect it to be honest.

Barry is pretty much putting the program to bed, apparently working on a final bug fix and then technically that might be it, unless he gets a lot more customers.

However, Barry is pretty much AWOL these days, and not even replying to forum messages.

Regards

Mark

This is a duplicate of what you asked in the other post i just replied to. I need to look at this as I am sure there was a cover view that at the least had a genre label on it but like i said in the other thred I can't remember if i cut this because it wasn't used. i will have a look at it and see what is there.

thanks for the reply. i was thinking if there was an option to add icon or so called stickers to album covers like a icon stick Hd for high def music or icon sticker for chritsmas or other holidays. even if it has to be manualy done album by album. thats fine as well. my sony hd music player and the software for it scan the libary and if its over a certain resolution it add an hd icon in the corner of album and for christmad if the genera was chritsmas put a christmas icon on that alumb from a collection of icons u choose.

You could do it manually by editing the album art yourself to add the icon, this is long winded though but would work.
