Upgrading to v5

I have version 4 on my juke that is about a year old. I get emailed links for ver 5 demo every so often. If I install V5 is there something that wont work? will it only play for a little while? Why is it a Demo? If it has restrictions is there a V5 that doesn't?

Demo will shut-down after 30 minutes that is the only restriction in all other ways it is fully functional.  Need to re-donate to be able to download the newest Version 5 without this restriction.

Lots have changed since V4 so you will need a fresh install.
