what kind of random play are you looking for?  are you looking to randomly play the queue you have created or to randomly play songs if nothing is in the queue?

to randomize the queue you created, go to general settings and put a check in the box for shuffle queue each play.

to randomly play songs if nothing is in the queue you need to go to the ranodm play settings, put a check in the box for enable random play and if you want to narrow down what is played you can do so with the extra options on the rest of the page
