Further to getting my V4 back working by turning off the UAC on Vista the jukebox now ends after 30mins & says thanks for trying the demo & i have donated a while ago. Everything was fine until i got the error a few months back which has been fixed with the above solution.

You just need to download the latest V4 release fromt he V4 release section.
