Ok i think this might be possible i was thinking about it today. I just have to see if i can get any more controls on the form it's pretty maxed out now.

I was looking at this again, there is a launch external app button already that i added a while back and i can't see why that can be used with a bat file. There is no need to add anything to the app, that could just call a bat file on the stick to copy the music accross then either run a config update again in the same bat file or at a set time.
