When i run MP3Gain should I use Album gain or Track gain and what is a good target volume in db s ?

Really doesn't matter what you set it at as long as you set them all so everything is equal. I personally just use the default setting of 89.

I use Album, and leave it at the default 89.  Only problem is, I also use my MP3s for my IPod, and they seem to be a little low in volume this way.  I am going to try 93 and see if this makes a difference.

i use mine at 93 seems to be just right
