Well it's not a registered trade mark, but i think i have been using it longer than they have. I doubt i could do anything about it without spending lots of money I don't have

I have sent them an email, lets see what they say. They registered it back in 2009 so I am not sure how it will pan out for me.

Not much to tell.  Google Monster Cable Lawsuites.  Monster has a habit of suing anyone that uses the word monster in it.  Including, but not limitied to:
