Driver to turn regular LCD into Touchscreen

I have heard or read (thought it was on this site) that Nvidia I believe has come up with a driver that can turn a regular LCD monitor into a touchscreen.  Has anybody heard of this?  I can't seem to find anything about it now.  At one time I though Barry included the driver with one of his releases.
