Can't scroll through songs

hey guys, im having a problem when i go into my various artists albumn i cannot scroll down through the songs (i know there is approx 700 in there)
i thought maybe this feature was disabled in the demo version but after purchasing i still cannot scroll through them.

also is there only the one built in skin available for v9.0.12 ?
thanks sorry if these questions have been addressed before i just cant seem to find them

just note i just tried key mapping and still could not get the album to scroll

Is this one specific album?
Do you have anything in the error log?

ok so cleared the error log, opened etouch. went straight to the albumn and tried to scroll and then exited and this is what i got

currently it is connected to the internet but it wont be once the jukebox is finished

non related to other problem.
i have also noticed after key maping my buttons i can scroll through the pages of albums, use select to access album but
when i use the touchscreen to return to the albums page my pg forwad and back buttons no longer work
i should note, when i access the options menu then return to the albums screen they work again then the problem reoccurred upon entering the album etc.

i am not using keyboard emulator i have soldered a keyboard itself and cannot replicate any issue elsewhere so this isnt a hardware conflict

after deleting the error log and going through both problems this is what i have in the log

Are you using the default skin? When you hover the mouse over the button do you get a tooltips popup?

yes using the default skin, i dont get a popup when i mouse over the button, i have just upgraded from xp to win7 to see if the problem persists

Edit: it appears after upgrading i now see a pg up and page down button i never seen before and can now scroll,
i will test the albumn scrolling via my buttons then downgrade to xp again and see if the problem persists, if it doesnt it may be because i installed the new version without uninstalling the old ?

ok i am able to scroll through my tracks now, however when i use pg forward, pg back keymapped buttons, then use select keymapped button, followed by touching the x to exit the albumn, the pg forward and back keymapped buttons no longer work.
if i go into options then exit the buttons work again

okay after fresh install scroll works, when i used pg up pg down or up or down inside an album i had add all to Queue appear (i have disabled this in the settings but it still appears) at the bottom, after using up and down buttons it disappeared i continued to use and it crashed, here is the log file. Also i still have the disabling pg up pg down like before

It is those last entries that appear to point to the issue, I will see if I can find out why an invalid array index was selected. Was this using keyboard navigation or a touchscreen/mouse.
