Won't fully load program.

When I try to open the juke box it stops loading at "loading karaoke database. I don't have karaoke even set up

Can you goto your etouch directory

delete error log

reload etouch as administrator and then if it hangs, open the error text file and then post what it says here.

Also have you uploaded new music of late?

It could be a bad album that is causing the crash.

I have it set up to where it opens the program when computer boots up. But It stalls out with a black rectangle after it says welcome to etouch jukebox.  I have to force close the program then when I click the desktop icon it boots right up. When it does though it show's albums from a band I can't even find on my computer the band starts with H and it shows up before it starts alphabetical order. I just rechecked my library to make sure it's still organized right and started the generate database again rather than update.
