Need help with Zytronic Touch screen

hello fellas

Sorry about resurrecting this old thread. I am in the same boat as the OP.

Grabbed myself a spare ParagonPro quiz machine. I want to turn it into a my jukebox

It has a Zytronic touchscreen installed in it. I plugged in my very old laptop running windows 7 64bit.

When i plug the monitor to the lappy using the USB lead from the monitor itself the gempro image flashes up on the touch screen and then goes off to a black screen. The back of the screen has a small light which is red? should that be green?

I also have a12v adapter in, is that correct?

I get a message saying searching for Zentronic X-Y usb driver on my laptop. however, it cannot find it.

I did a search online and cannot find it either. The one on this thread goes to a site. But i cannot find it on there.

anyone able to help please?
