Delete button in Queue screen

I would like to be able to Delete an upcoming song or songs from the queue.  Maybe a Delete song button in addition to the Delete entire queue Button.

Select a track on the queue screen and you can remove a song. Make sure you don't have the queue set to read only in the options.
