Burn CD in skintool

Maybe this is a bug. I can't find the Burn CD buttons in the skintool. Version 5.0.18.

The BURN CD buttons need to be removed. They were never fully used, i will make a decision on what to do over the next BETA run. Stay tuned to the beta thred when i get the next beta released.
