Noise isolator recommendation?

I can hear a annoying chirping comming from my speakers and im guessing its my harddrive. Anyone rcommend a noise isolator?

The jukes i've worked on do it by using a DC filter that connects to your mains source then use that to power the amp...seems to work well

Ground loop isolator will do it for you they are only a couple of £/$ on ebay.

Some of the cheaper motherboards with built in sound are soo cheap thar you may not be able to get rid of this noise. I have had this problem before and had to by a discrete sound card to fix it.
