Quick Browse Feature (Again)

With Karaoke if you go to a show you will see there are Karaoke Books one is a Song Book with alphabetical listing and the other is an Artist with alphabetical list. These both let you flick through quickly to see any Song or Artiist you might like sing or to look up a paticula Song - Artist.
Having Single Karaoke Albums is not really relevant in a proper Karaoke situation maybe for home user
who has only a few karaoke discs and already knows what songs they have.
But in a Karaoke situation you can't look through every Pop Hits Monthly Album to find a song you like.
So it would be great to eventually see a quick way of browsing the songs like one can in Explorer.
This way things can catch your eye without having to think of them then do a search.
I been doing Karaoke gigs for years and after have to go through the library of Laser Disc, VCD and CDG discs
to find the next song for someone it was like heaven to finally get them all on the PC in CDG or AVI with instant access to the song as they are all in one folder.

I too have been doing karaoke gigs for many a year, usually people give me a slip with thier name and the song title and artist and I just search it up. For my gigs I use virtualy DJ but the jukebox is just as easy to search up songs and add them to the queue.

I would have thought people would just search. You can have a track per folder and use the text view for the karaoke, that will give you what you want but may take some organising if you want a lot of karaoke tracks. You can have a different COV (Display) for each of the libraries... A Text only one will give you a lot more to show. I used to include a text only COV file i will see if i still have it anywhere.
