monitor problem

I am looking to purchase a 22in nexview touch screen monitor pretty cheap.The problem is the seller says that the left hand corner can not be calibrated.Is this a major problem and is it fixable

I don't know about that brand but when I have had monitors like this it's because the touchscreen is damaged. I have a 19" in my wardrobe that only 2/3 of the screen work for touch, I have been meaning to throw it out actually.

I got it yesterday and hooked it up.It looks good but I just cant get the touch screen to work
