Videos Not Showing In New Folders After Config

Since Version 4.16 I think everytime I add new folders with videos in and run config it does not pick up the folders , but it does pick up new files in folders already created....... I then have to uninstall and go back to ver 6/9 install then run config and it picks up new folders 

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue and should have mentioned before just been v busy ..sny ideas..??....cheers  Andy

Have you tagged these with the non mp3 tagger? I need to hook up my videos and check but no one else has reported this issue.

Yes they are all tagged correctly...

Are you using generate or update on the database?

Generate ....should it just be update now ??

Have just loaded some new videos and used update this time and same thing ...videos added to exisiting folders if there but any new folders created are not picked up by config and added to jukebox..

Have reloaded windows XP now and all seems ok when using update button ...so its working correctly now thank you

That is really odd? I couldn't reproduce it myself... Strange, but at least you are working now.
