Hi Mate,
Can you connect  to the sign with it's own software?

I have just put a Beta Brite LED on mine and had a lot of trouble with the onboard com port, after trying several leads I got one to work. ;)

jukejohn

yes it works with its own software ok but with e touch i dont think im  setting it up right

The sing needs to conform to the alpha sign standard to work as a betabrite sign. What make and model is your sign? No drivers are required for com port operation.

I have a Betabrite 213-c and I works just fine.  ;D

You really dont need any software or drivers for the sign to work with E-Touch.

In E-Touch Options>LED Sign Do you have Enable LED Sign box checked?

Make sure you have the correct com port selected also.

Then there is the drop down menu for Betabrite, Chineese Sign or Namebadge. Select Betabrite

If Enable LED Sign, Betabrite from the drop down menu and the correct com port is selected, then make sure you press the Commit Changes Button at least one time (I had to do this to get mine to work the first time).

Then press Save Settings then Back buttons.

If you are in the middle of a song when you do this, the current song wont display, but the next one will!

I hope this helps!  :beer
