Crossfading (again)

I know this just got asked a few posts back but Im stuck as well. I have downloaded the plugin from a previous post and installed (Vista32). I have wmp11

I still have the cutting off from song to song instead of fading. What am I doing wrong?

Using Vista 

No seriously it probably doesn't work on vista, it's an old plugin written for WMP 10 it works on 11 bu you can't use the seek bar.
