I would love to be a part of the competition, but I ZERO photshop skills and I just cant figure out the skin tool. I have spent hours on the skin tool and I just dont get it!

Looks like i have not takers, same thing happened when i tried to generate interest last time. I thought the prizes might tempt someone but i guess no one who could make skins can be bothered.

I'm new to the forum. I am yet to try out Freebox. I am planning on buildign a MAME Cab with jukebox and stumble across this forum. Is there a rough guide on making skins anywhere? or basic template?

The included skins are probably the best way to base your first skin on. What i do is copy one of the included skins and rename the folder to the name of the skin i am creating. Then in freebox i update the skin list so it picks it up then save and exit. Then launch the skintool and pick that skin and work away.
