Key-shortcuts not fully working

I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem with the key-shortcuts in the options menu.  The only shortcut is the options shortcut.  The others are not working, I was wondering if I'm the only one or not...

Have you took the tick out of disable keyboard???

You have to specify your own keys in the "key shortcut" menu under the options menu.  I think they are all combo something in there. Just select your keys from the drop down menu.
