how do you make a new skin

what is used to skin a freebox? is it a tool. i know how to use photoshop to make images, but thats it.

Skintool.exe is included with the distribution. You use that to make the skins, you do need to make your images before hand and save them as JPG or BMP. The best way is to base you skin on that already exists that is close to what you want.
