no sound on some videos (mpeg)

Well i have a good one here?

I have made a new windows 7 pc inside my old video surfer

In media player all videos so far have played with video and sound

however from freebox some have only video with no sound?

any ideas chaps?

It will be a codec issue, you could always try and switch it to engine 0 in the freebox.ini.

Well ...weird or what .....

Downloaded directx9.... as per other peoples problems with windows 7 as of course its on directx 11
and its fine now

Lots of lovely sound ......
