Edit Black & Blue 1600 x 900

Hi Guys

I want to edit the aforementioned skin. The only change I want to make is that instead of clicking the menu button on the bottom to reveal the search/genre/decade buttons. How do I make those buttons appear there permanent. I've disabled the audio video & karaoke buttons, so this area isn't needed other than for the buttons I require.
