Hi I have a birthday party coming up for my daughter. I wanted to create a new database with more kid "appropriate" selections. What is the file structure of the database? Can I just move the current db and then create a new one. Then put the one I want in the proper folder when I want to run it. Or Even use a command line to run E-Touch and point to a diffrent db.

I use e-touch 6.x on XP I guess I could upgrade e-touch if need be
.

thanks for any help  :beer

I don't use the Kareoke or Radio buttons and use those to create DB of specific genre, I seperate my classical music from the pop music this way.  then replace the Kareoke button jpg with my own button saying "classical" .  I believe with the latest version you can log in under differant names and create your own play lists. although I havn't tried that

You can move the files like you suggest. records.rec and records.cvr are the files
you can also block genres in the app so they don't show up.
