need urgent attention of software problem

hi i have downloaded version 7 of the jukebox software to test. I am in the market to purchase a program and i like the visuals and styles of this one how ever i am getting errors when trying to load album covers and software just crashes if someone could point me to the right direction or even explain what i am doing wrong i may be able to test the software to its potential to make up my mind

my test system is win 7 x64

win7 is a bit tricky you must:
1)install etouch to the root c:\
2)turn off uac
3) run program as administrator (this includes config also)
Try this first see if it helps.

Also why are you running V7?
