Help to modify skins

I will like to modify  a couple of skins but cant seem to load them in the skintool, and i know its because of the png, so i wonder if you guys can share the secret to load such skins in order to be able play with them in the tool. thanks for the help.

You will need to remove all the "_V2" INI files from the skin folder in order to load the skin in the skintool.
