Does anyone know what this is used for? Is there a way I can launch spotify or Pandora from etouch? Thanks!

I wouldn't worry about it, it is a redundant feature just close the program down and then launch what ever you need, it takes two seconds
I am now retired from the jukebox scene. I still visit from time to time and will help if I can, but apart from that. I am no longer a slave to downloading and tagging.

I used to use it to run batch files to update my records then re-launch etouch with one click.
