could someone tell me where the generated data base is stored please

It is in your etouch directory, they are cvr files rather than a database. It depends upon what you want really, you have folders called artists which has them in, also in the main directory you have karaoke, records and videos.cvr

ive changed some album and try to update the database but it not changing the listing so wanted to delete it and start agian

In config9/10 which one you have do you have any of these checked?

if you delete those files though, and then delete the artists that will usually clear everything, but check your config settings first.
