Video Bug

Hi Barry

I got a video bug on ver 2.1.23. The video on the second monitor doesn't work correctly. When a video is playing there is only a thin horizontal line appearing on the second monitor, like when there is a problem with the monitorboard on a TV. I tried to change the video setting in winamp and media player, then I installed 2.1.19 again and it was fine.
