error when trying to access link in email

when I try to access link in email see below:

Can you advise what is wrong

This is because this account is not upgraded, your original account is. Do you not have access to that one?

Yes You were Right I have another account
I think this was caused when I changed my email address
I needed to access board so a created the other account so that I could leave a message to get fixed
