You found a bug, a very hard to reproduce bug bug it is a bug. Problem is i don't know if it is fixable. Because it is passing a valid path but it's not really a valid path. I have had it when the drive letter is invalid but somehow it thinks the path is valid when checking with the DIR() command. I will look into this some more. Yes coffee was right i have spent the weekend with the wife and daughter. I am now back and should be able to carry on working on the new kick ass version i have planned.
