Voice introducing songs

I just upgraded to 10.1 from version 9.
I figure out how to change from The Red Lion on intro but how do I disable the voice introducing the tracks.

Can't remember which page of settings it's on but un-check announcements and that should do it.

theres a file named newsong in the etouch folder under tts - rename it newsong.old that will stop announcement of each track. Each time you upgrade etouch you will have to change the newsong file name again.

You can either do what fatfoot says, or you can just edit the TTS text file and leave it blank. I personally would edit the text file myself, just in case the program at some point throws a wobbly, as it is looking for a file, and a rare bug happens, and you start getting errors.

You can just delete or rename the TTS folder.
