If you open the Etouch config and go to advanced settings, at the bottom in the search mask you'll see the AVI format, what version of windows are you using? your issues might be because media player isn't installed on you pc and might have to install a separate codec, windows xp, 7 and early windows 10 had windows media player but was faded out towards the end of life for 10, i have some AVI files on my juke, i get sound but no video, see if you can get windows media player for your version of windows or download a codec, this would probably be a ball ache but have you considered converting from AVI to MP4?

...and i've been on the internet since it started. WHERE is the E-touch software? I'm being bounced all of the place, everywhere i go is dead links and, as a buyer, it just feels like i shouldn't jump through hoops to get something i paid for. Someone please tell me where a working download link is because the last 9 i tried don't work.

Need help i have over 400 avi music video files and the wont load to database as keep giving an error.  Does etouch not support avi files as I thought it did. Any help would be appreciated. Been off the scene for years but built my first jukebox with this software as its amazing.

I used photoshop when I made my skins, Its been that long since I made one Ive forgotten how to use photoshop and the skin tool

The basics I still remember or some of them at least. I am now trying AI for generating rather than Photohop.

Far too expensive on a monthly subscription. The Abode AI is not very good also for the price.

Hopefully once I have my new home unpacked and ready to go then I can spend more time on skinning.

One year this year and I am still covered with boxes, cables and things that need to be done.

I just never thought that I would come back and start skinning again, but I might as well complete the bucket list and have a touch screen jukebox that I will possibly never use apart from just show.

Lovely to see that you are still around.
