You are listed as a V9 supporter, did you try and install the V10 demo? I would recommend going back to the last V9 release and see if you problem is resolved. A lot changed going to V10.

Yes followed the instructions and ran as admin, changed all the exe files to run as admin.
I have had this issue before and the only way to resolve it was to re install windows and i cant keep doing that.
It is as if when you uninstall the previous version it leaves something on the pc that then prevents you from loading the skin!!!!!!!, so frustrating

Hi all, I am pulling what little hair i have left out.
My problem: I have uninstalled V9.24 and installed V10. when i try to load E-Touch it states welcome then try's to load the skin, at this point it just sits on the black loading Skin page and wont get past it.
I'm sure someone out their has probably had this before. An interesting thing also is that the new V10 did not ask for a key unlike when i installed V9 for the first time.
Thanks
Mike

Google says it could be a media player error?

Have you installed the K-Lite codec pack at all ?

Common Fixes for wmp.dll Errors
Reinstall Windows Media Player (Recommended First Step)
Go to Start > Type "Turn Windows features on or off" and open it.
Find Media Features, uncheck Windows Media Player, and click OK.
Restart your computer.
Go back to the same window, check Windows Media Player, click OK, and restart again.
Run System File Checker (SFC)
Open Command Prompt as an administrator (search "cmd", right-click, Run as admin).
Type sfc /scannow and press Enter. This scans and repairs corrupted system files, including DLLs.
Re-register wmp.dll
Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
Type regsvr32 wmp.dll and press Enter. You might also try regsvr32 jscript.dll and regsvr32 vbscript.dll if needed
