Support and Bug Reports / Maybe problem with V10.2 Album...

machine without Norton - who/that kept quarantining the setup
file every time I tried to run it...) and, finally purchased
the lifetime full version. This was some months ago.
Now that I have some time I installed the version I had
purchased "SETuP10200-One4TheRoad.rar" which is V10.2.0.
There seems to be some issue that I can't quite figure out...
On the V10.0.0, you see the artist name under the album
cover (album view), unless of course it's a compilation.
But on 10.2.0, - no artist name... Show album/artist name
checkbox doesn't change anything - even if you restart
the program. On either program version V10.0.0 or V10.2.0.
Is this a known problem that was eventually fixed? How to I
get an upgrade to the latest version (lifetime member...)?

There isn't support to swap the button images out but it can load a new background in the menu depending on what button is pressed. This allows you to add a highlight using the background.

Player pause button if you press and unpressed the pause button and there is no song playing it will repeat the last played song. (a must fix for commercial jukes)
Wishlist:
Deactivation of animation continuous scrolling on the filter page. Does not work properly if nav arrows are in line with label.
Divide search page label into more labels will make for a better skin. eg (50 - window shopper) is 1 label should be 2 like in the other pages.
That is it for now. I will keep my finger crossed.

sent from the program. The only external "input" directives must use
simulated keyboard presses, and the functions they control must be on
the key mapping page. But commercial operators take note... How do
you disable the coin/currency acceptors when the jukebox is "sleeping"
("Lock Juke")? Apparently you can't unless you provide some custom
hardware to intercept the keystroke you defined and use it to control
the activation of the acceptors. Same goes for marquee lights... You
would want those dark as well when the jukebox is paused. One possible
way (which I guess does not exist, or is published anywhere) is to
use the keyboard indicator LED's (e.g. Num Lock, Scroll Lock, etc.)
as status outputs. Most i-PAC boards apparently can be configured
to activate output pins according to the keyboard indicator function.

Last post by fb28 - September 01, 2025, 01:09:16 AMI finally discovered (by experiment) that "Lock Juke" actually will put the
jukebox to sleep, vs. shutting the program down completely. Problem is,
there is a black screen (good...) but with a banner that says "Event In
Progress". I can't seem to find any .ini, registry setting, etc. where
you can change it - either remove the banner or change the label. I assume
then the label must be baked in (i.e. hard-coded). Is this a good
assumption, or am I missing something? Also, if you touch the banner,
it will bring up the "now playing" screen - so the jukebox isn't
really asleep if someone can just touch the screen and get a response.
Is there a setting somewhere to disable that? Also... If you wait until
a song finishes playing, when the "No Song Playing" appears, then do
the "Lock Juke", then again to "unlock the juke", the last song that
played (remember, it said "No Song Playing") starts playing again from
the beginning. Any reason for this?
